A: Taraagle is a commercial freight logistics and fleet management software platform that connects commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, CDL holders, and motor carrier company owners. Features include driver recruitment directories, document sharing tools, third-party DOT compliance tracking, pre-trip inspection checklists, truck maintenance scheduling, marketplace listings, and AI diagnostic assistance.

• Limitation of Liability: Taraagle acts solely as a technology platform and software intermediary. Taraagle is not a motor carrier, freight broker, dispatcher, employer, or licensed repair facility. We do not directly employ drivers, dispatch loads, guarantee employment, or perform mechanical services. 

Q: Who is responsible for the safety and security of documents stored or shared on Taraagle?

A: Users choose to upload, store, or share documents (such as DOT documents, licenses, or PDFs) within the application entirely at their own discretion and free will. Taraagle simply provides the software utility and file-transfer features as a service.

• User Responsibility and Waiver: Taraagle is not liable for any loss, theft, unauthorized access, interception, or compromise of files uploaded, stored, or transmitted through the platform. It is solely the user's responsibility to determine whether it is safe to share specific information, assess the security risks, and take appropriate measures (such as encryption or redaction) to protect sensitive or important personal and business documents. 

Q: Who provides the "Featured Service: DOT Compliance & Filings"?

A: The featured service for DOT compliance and filings is provided entirely by independent third-party companies. Taraagle functions strictly as a technology interface to connect users with these services.

• Third-Party Liability Waiver: Taraagle is not responsible and liable for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, failures, or quality of services rendered by any third-party compliance companies or filing providers. Users engage with third-party compliance services at their own risk and discretion, and any disputes or claims must be resolved directly with the respective third-party provider. 

Q: Does Taraagle file official DOT documents or tax filings on my behalf?

A: No. Any organizational tools within the app (such as pre-trip inspection checklists under FMCSA §392.7) or third-party filing links are meant to assist you in managing your internal records. Use of these tools does not substitute for direct compliance with federal, state, or local laws. You remain entirely responsible for meeting all mandatory filing deadlines, tax submissions, and safety regulations with the FMCSA, IRS, or relevant state authorities.

Q: What does the "Active" status toggle mean on my driver profile?

A: Toggling your status to "Active" ("Visible to Hiring Companies") indicates to registered motor carriers using the platform that you are currently open to recruitment or job offers.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all licensing, medical certifications, and safety records displayed or linked on your profile are current, legal, and compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Taraagle disclaims any liability for the accuracy of self-reported driver credentials or hiring agreements made off-platform.

Q: Am I guaranteed to find qualified drivers or loads through the platform?

A: No. The driver directories, live market rate tools, and recruitment features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to assist with fleet visibility and networking.

• Independent Contracting: Motor carriers using Taraagle are entirely responsible for independently verifying driver qualifications, background checks, CDL status, and motor vehicle records (MVR) in accordance with FMCSA guidelines prior to hiring or assigning any safety-sensitive functions. Taraagle assumes no responsibility or liability for hiring outcomes, carrier-driver disputes, or compliance failures.

Q: Can I rely exclusively on the AI Code Reader & Diagnostics tool for truck repairs?

A: No. The AI Code Reader and diagnostic modules are designed as informational aids only to assist in referencing standard diagnostic codes (such as SAE J1939 SPN and FMI codes).

• Professional Inspection Required: Diagnostic results provided by the software do not constitute professional mechanical advice, certified inspections, or guaranteed failure analyses. Always verify trouble codes with official manufacturer service manuals (such as Freightliner or Detroit specifications) and consult a certified professional diesel technician before performing maintenance or repairs. Taraagle accepts no liability for mechanical failures, equipment damage, or downtime resulting from reliance on in-app diagnostics.

Q: What are the terms regarding software availability and data accuracy?

A: Taraagle is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taraagle, its owners, developers, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, third-party integrations, document storage/sharing, app downtime, data loss, or business interruptions.
