Taraagle (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure platform for commercial freight logistics, fleet management, and recruitment. This comprehensive Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer governs your access to and use of our mobile applications (available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store) and web-based platform.

By downloading, accessing, registering an account, or otherwise using Taraagle, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue all use of our services.

To operate the platform and connect users, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide or that is automatically generated through your use of the application:

• Personal & Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, USDOT number, company name, contact details, commercial driver's license (CDL) status, professional credentials, and registration details.
• Service Information: Details regarding services requested, third-party compliance document inquiries, and registration details.
• User-Generated Content & Documents: Files, PDFs, images, pre-trip inspection records, DOT documents, and communications uploaded or transmitted through the platform.
• Usage Data: Device type, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and app interactions.
• Location (Optional): Collected only if you explicitly enable it within your device settings for service accuracy and location-based features (such as driver directories and market rates).
• Diagnostic & Technical Data: Device metadata, IP addresses, log data, and diagnostic inputs entered into our tools (such as trouble codes).

We use the information we collect for the following operational and service purposes:

• Connecting CDL drivers with motor carrier companies recruiting drivers.
• Improving app performance, user experience, and cross-platform parity.
• Communicating updates, service confirmations, and customer support messages.
• Maintaining platform security, monitoring availability, and preventing fraud.

We may share necessary information with trusted entities under strict operational guidelines:

• Recruiting Companies: Sharing professional driver profiles and contact details with motor carriers looking to hire CDL drivers.
• Service Partners: Sharing required details with independent third-party service partners who assist in processing permits, compliance tasks, or filings.
• Legal Authorities: Disclosing information if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation.

Note: Taraagle never sells your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers.

• Voluntary Use: All documents, files, images, credentials, and records uploaded, stored, displayed, or shared within Taraagle are done so entirely at the user's sole discretion and free will.
• Platform Role: Taraagle merely provides the software utility and file-transfer mechanism as a passive conduit. We do not inspect, verify, monitor, or endorse the contents of user-stored files.
• User Security Responsibility: It is solely the user's responsibility to determine whether it is safe or appropriate to upload, store, or transmit sensitive information. Users must independently evaluate security risks and implement their own safeguards (such as local encryption, data masking, or redaction) to protect information they deem important or confidential.
• Release of Liability: Taraagle, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall bear zero liability for any loss, theft, interception, corruption, unauthorized access, or compromise of documents or data stored or shared through the application. 

• Independent Third-Party Services: Features, compliance services, permits, and official filings categorized under third-party features or external integrations are provided and operated entirely by independent third-party companies. Taraagle does not provide compliance, permit, registration, or fleet management services directly.
• No Endorsement or Control: Taraagle acts solely as a technology interface to connect users with these third-party providers. Taraagle does not control, manage, or endorse their business practices.
• Complete Waiver: Taraagle is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, errors, delays, failures, regulatory penalties, or damages resulting from services rendered by third-party compliance or filing companies. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the respective third-party provider. 

We use industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we work diligently to safeguard your information at all times, no electronic transmission over the internet or data storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You maintain control over your personal information and can exercise the following options:

• Account Management: Update, correct, or delete your account information directly within the application.
• Notifications: Opt out of non-essential notifications and communications.
• Data Access: Request a copy of the personal data associated with your account by contacting our support team.

Taraagle is a commercial business and logistics platform not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

The Application, including all features, marketplace listings, live market rates, AI code readers, and diagnostic tools, is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taraagle explicitly disclaims all warranties—whether statutory, express, or implied—including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, bugs, or harmful code.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Taraagle, its founder(s), officers, developers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, equipment downtime, mechanical failures, hiring disputes, or regulatory fines) arising out of or in any way connected with:

1. Your use or inability to use the Application;
2. Any reliance on AI-generated diagnostics, market rates, or platform data;
3. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or stored documents;
4. The conduct, performance, or failures of any third-party service providers, compliance companies, or employers/drivers connected through the platform.

Even if Taraagle has been advised of the possibility of such damages, your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using and uninstall the software.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taraagle and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any term of this policy or applicable laws (including FMCSA regulations);
• Your misuse of the application, file-sharing features, or document storage utilities;
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or regulatory compliance rights.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend this Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer as our services evolve. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or platform updates. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised terms.
